Please do not use them. We have been loyal customers for over 2 years. They came and cleaned the pool and started a leak of water. The gasket was old but it was working fine until they backwashed the pool. They will not take responsibility and pay the 213.00 to fix it. So much for customer service and customer loyalty. They were fine with us finding a new service

"Precision Pool Care serviced this customer's pool for the 2+ years referenced by the customer per the terms of the contract, which included diagnosis of faulty equipment at no charge. As soon as PPC learned of the leak at the customer residence, a technician was re-routed to evaluate the cause of the leak. It was determined by a CPO certified pool technician that the multi port valve seal assembly and spring needed to be replaced on 10+ year old equipment. While PPC understands that the customer does not want to pay for repairs to her pool equipment, PPC is not responsible for repairing pool parts at no charge for repairs needed due to natural wear and tear. PPC does extend labor discounts of $50/hr on equipment repairs to their loyal, weekly customers. This discount was extended to the customer in the repair quote that was provided."

Was not happy at all. Was told could have chemicals on hand for the to use, but they repeatedly didn’t use and would charge me for their chemicals. Second, my filters need cleaning/changing, red light is on, but was never mentioned- they should be inspecting equipment at each visit. And finally, they have either broken or jammed my chlorine tab dispenser and I can no longer open it. It was just such a disappointing experience, they were used by others in my neighborhood so thought would be great to have a shared provider- but I regret giving them a try.

Precision Pool has done an amazing job of taking care of my pool on a weekly basis. We trust them to keep our pool clean and swimmable, as well trust their recommendations on trouble shooting if needed. They are honest, reliable and beyond helpful. I won’t use anybody else for my pool needs.

Logan the pool tech is one of the most professional young men that I’ve met in my life. Always communicating letting us know approximate time. Always on time. Professionalism shows up when he walks through the gate. I believe he’s probably that way everywhere he goes. He does a amazing job of keeping the maintenance up on our pool. He goes over and above. His personality and friendliness keep our grandchildren entertained while he’s here. They always look forward to being here if he’s coming. The entire crew at precision pool care is beyond professional. I have been a customer since they started back in 2009. They are always available for phone calls, handle emergencies and are beyond responsible. I’ve had multiple times where a part needed a fix and the fix is always fast and done right. The entire crew is on a first name basis with me. I recommend them highly and without hesitation.

Very professional from the office to the pool techs. We have been very impressed with Logan. With his knowledge, communication and service we are always at ease knowing the pool will be taken care of or in some cases straightened out. They service fiberglass pools which was difficult to find in the area.

I have been with Precision Pool Care since 2017 after going through 3 other companies in 2 years. I have always had a great experience; they are professional, provide amazing customer service, excellent communicators and above all have a well trained group of professionals. Over the last several months Logan has been servicing my pool and I just can't say enough about him...he is polite, very thorough and has great follow-up, you are lucky to have him on your team - thank you Logan!!

I used Precision pool care for the entire Summer, Fall, and Winter of 2020. These guys did everything I asked - bought the supplies, stocked them, came by weekly, etc. I did their weekly plan which came out to about $55 a week not including the supplies. This was a full - service job and I was very pleased with what I got. Huge shoutout to Marci and Heidi in the front office - you can tell Marci runs things well because she is ON it. Heidi is very sweet as well and will do anything she can to keep her customers happy. I am selling my house now but will definitely recommend and use these guys in the future.

We have cared for our own pool for over five years, but it got away from us over the winter and we struggled this spring to get it right. They were up front about what to expect, and clear about their pricing structure. There was a lot of rain in the spring to work against, but it's finally a beautiful blue pool again. We elected to keep them on for weekly service.

PRECISION POOL is beyond a reputable company. I have been using them since they started. They are always prompt to respond with any issues and reconcile to the customer's satisfaction. I signed up with Precision about 10 weeks ago for my brand new pool. They sent out a Supervisor"Bob" to meet with me and do my initial consultation. He was very nice and professional and went over more with me than the pool builder did. Bob set up my service and sent someone out everyday to handle the initial brushing until my pool was ready for regular weekly service. My regular Pool Tech is Brandon and he is always nice and professional. He always takes time to talk with me and educates me on my pool and seems to genuinely like his job. He also cracks me up because he always apologizes for charging me for my chemicals. I've spoken with Heidi in the office and she is always polite and friendly and most importantly Precision always answers the phone. I'm impressed so far, everyone I've met seems like they are genuinely good people and no doubt they are giving me 5 star service!

When another pool company RUINED my brand new pool they came out and fixed it and referred me to the ONE person who could fix the discoloration. Their staff has been top notch and always keeps me up to date. Communicaton is key and they are wonderful and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Original new pool builder (Blue Waters Construction) made numerous installation mistakes and did not make any commitment to complete the job leaving us very frustrated with their poor customer service, They installed defective equipment, reversed proper cabling connections and did not technically set up the Pentair system properly. We hired Precision Pool Care to complete the installation and get the pool into proper working order. Precision Pool Care did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. They displayed the commitment needed to work through the set-up errors, stayed on the phone with the Pentair help desk to diagnose problems, resolved the pump and wireless warranty issues, setup appointments with advanced calling and arrived when promised. I would highly recommend Precision Pool Care without hesitation!

I called Precision Pool care to replace my motor In my salt water pool and it was a full professional service.. At all points the reply to queries were prompt and professional. In particular Lisa in the office took time to ensure our issue was resolved. On Friday evening when I needed someone to help with a breaker issue, Kevin Pittman came out withIn 20 minutes. This was late on Friday after work, but he wanted to resolve my issue. Such a 100% quality service. In particular Lisa - she was so proactive and professional.

I can't say enough good things about this company! We had an emergency (crack/leak in our T-cell) occur with our pool late on a Saturday afternoon. I was in complete panic, as the water was draining out of our spa at an alarming rate, and I knew that once it drained, the pool was next! I asked for recommendations on FB and a good friend recommended Precision Pool Care. I called and left a VM and received a return phone call in less than an hour, and even though it was after 3 pm, two gentlemen were at my house shortly thereafter and quickly fixed the problem! I have since utilized them to help fix our spa and will be signing up to have them maintenance our pool moving forward! HIGHLY recommend! They are professional, courteous, prompt and reasonably priced, you won't regret choosing them for all of your pool/spa needs!

This job required diligence, patience, focus, detailed communication, and stick-to-it-ivness. Kevin and the team were incredibly responsive and really listened to determine the underlying issue (of which there were several). They did not accept the notion of “just replace the system”. They knew the underlying problem was more perverse. They knew where to find the right assistance to get the job done and they succeeded. All done right through the middle of the Holiday season! Kevin and the team did a commendable job!
