"Perfect Maid Carolinas provided services to this customer for about a year. During this time we took care of every complaint for bad service immediately. All corrections were done the same day every single time. We keep detailed records of all customers' complaints. After reviewing this customer's file I found one complaint for a couple of mold spots in one of the showers which was taken care off the same day and another complaint for a counter that was missed and which was taken care off immediately, all other complaints were petty given the circumstances. I'm the business owner and I personally take care of every complaint received from every customer. I don't take this duty lightly because our good name depends on it. If a customer has something to say, we listen. We want to make sure we are keeping our promise of providing a quality service. We train and supervise every cleaners to make sure this promise is kept. Of course humans make mistakes; when a cleaner does not do a good job, we correct the issue immediately and we make sure the cleaner gets the feedback so he/she can improve. We ask customers to communicate their concerns to the office so a supervisor can handle the situation with professionalism. We are very sorry that after a year of service things still did not work out with this particular customer. It does appear like there was a misunderstanding and we apologize for it. We use a specific name for each type of service that we provide e.i. regular cleaning, spring cleaning, etc... What each of these services include depends on the company. To avoid misunderstanding and to make sure our customers receive the best service possible for the money they pay, we explain and discuss in detail the cleaning routine with the customer during the scheduling process. Your service was a One Time Service for a specified amount of time. Everything included in your service was discussed during the scheduling process and confirmed. Everything was handled over the phone, we did not do an In-Home estimate. We provided a checklist of what we would be doing during your service and agreed that if after completing that list there was any time left our office staff would call you and ask you if there was anything else you would like to have done. That was not the case. We understand that sometimes customers would like to ask for some additional service at the time of the cleaning and find it easy to make this request to the cleaners; however, as we explained to you during the scheduling process, we handle this requests differently. All requests for additional service need to be requested to our office staff, without exception. Our cleaners are not authorized to perform any additional services from those on their work order. In the kitchen they clean all counter tops, wipe and clean the stove top and microwave and then clean my dirty kitchen floor.
I have a lot of carpeting and that is all vacuumed very well.
