Horrible!! I cannot stress this enough. Horrible! The lady was rude from the first word out of her mouth. We should never have let her in our home. We asked for the main focus of the cleaning to be on the base boards and blinds. We were up front with them that the base boards and blinds really needed cleaning. We knew they were bad and told them this from the beginning. They did clean them. But when we questioned some of the cleaning and took pictures of areas we wanted cleaned more it got ugly. She argued with everything we said. She was so rude. I seriously could not believe it. We asked her to leave after she continued to argue with everything we said. She would not leave after I yelled for her to leave at least 4 times.I had to say I was going to call 911 to try to get her to leave. She still argued with us. At this point we were all yelling. I called 911 and she finally started to pack up. When the police arrived one officer talked to us and one talked to her. She left at this point. It was such a bad experience, On top of that no one from the company every contacted us to find out what happened or to refund our money. We had to call them to let them know we called 911. The ladies cleaning our house didn't tell the manger what had happened. It would have been nice for the manager or owner of this company to contact us and ask our side of the story.An apologize and an offer of a refund would have been nice. Do not use this company!

Their service was excellent as usual. I have used Perfect Maid Carolinas for my house several times and they are very thorough. Scheduling my cleaning is easy. They are punctual, something I appreciate very much, they work fast and carefully. They know my house and are pet friendly, which is also very important to me. I highly recommend them.

Mary went through my home and told me exactly what services I could expect from her company. However, I found that they missed areas on a consistent basis. I started cleaning these areas myself and then decided, since I was paying them to do it, they should. Some of the areas I am referring to are counters not cleaned, floors left with food on them, trash cans not being emptied, and mold growing in the shower. I brought these areas to her attention and she said they would try harder and I should continue to let her know the areas they missed. I did not ask for or get any refund or discount for these problems. She decided I was too hard to please because they couldn't meet my expectations, even though I was told to expect this as part of my service. Mary is no longer cleaning my home and I would not recommend her unless you are willing to clean the missed areas yourself.

"Perfect Maid Carolinas provided services to this customer for about a year. During this time we took care of every complaint for bad service immediately. All corrections were done the same day every single time. We keep detailed records of all customers' complaints. After reviewing this customer's file I found one complaint for a couple of mold spots in one of the showers which was taken care off the same day and another complaint for a counter that was missed and which was taken care off immediately, all other complaints were petty given the circumstances. I'm the business owner and I personally take care of every complaint received from every customer. I don't take this duty lightly because our good name depends on it. If a customer has something to say, we listen. We want to make sure we are keeping our promise of providing a quality service. We train and supervise every cleaners to make sure this promise is kept. Of course humans make mistakes; when a cleaner does not do a good job, we correct the issue immediately and we make sure the cleaner gets the feedback so he/she can improve. We ask customers to communicate their concerns to the office so a supervisor can handle the situation with professionalism. We are very sorry that after a year of service things still did not work out with this particular customer. This was my first experience with a professional cleaning service so I called with some questions up front. They were very responsive (both email and phone) and helpful prior to the visit. They showed up on time, asked a few questions, presented options, and went straight to work. Overall, I was very pleased with the results, added an extra hour for some additional work, and would hire again. They did in two hours what would have taken me half my weekend to get done. Note that the coupon is listed as 4 hours of cleaning, but they send 2 people for 2 hours (4 hours total).

It does appear like there was a misunderstanding and we apologize for it. We use a specific name for each type of service that we provide e.i. regular cleaning, spring cleaning, etc... What each of these services include depends on the company. To avoid misunderstanding and to make sure our customers receive the best service possible for the money they pay, we explain and discuss in detail the cleaning routine with the customer during the scheduling process. Your service was a One Time Service for a specified amount of time. Everything included in your service was discussed during the scheduling process and confirmed. Everything was handled over the phone, we did not do an In-Home estimate. We provided a checklist of what we would be doing during your service and agreed that if after completing that list there was any time left our office staff would call you and ask you if there was anything else you would like to have done. That was not the case. We understand that sometimes customers would like to ask for some additional service at the time of the cleaning and find it easy to make this request to the cleaners; however, as we explained to you during the scheduling process, we handle this requests differently. All requests for additional service need to be requested to our office staff, without exception. Our cleaners are not authorized to perform any additional services from those on their work order. Mary and her crew have worked for me for 4 years I am very pleased with their work. They are always on time and start right to work when they arrive. They thoroughly clean the bathrooms and mop the floors, lampshades are dusted and all picture frames are dusted. I have a lot of wood flooring and that is all cleaned very well and smells so good and clean after they have finished.
In the kitchen they clean all counter tops, wipe and clean the stove top and microwave and then clean my dirty kitchen floor.
I have a lot of carpeting and that is all vacuumed very well.

Marisela was FANTASTIC to work with--prompt, asked great questions, was super considerate regarding our timing and other contractors coming and going---had a great crew. Place was actually clean when they left! I've hired many other cleaning services over last few years that was a complete waste of money--but not these folks. Easy to work with and can't wait to use them again.

The 2 cleaning ladies in my home arrived on time and started working immediately. I left my home shortly after they arrived and did not come back until after they were gone. I communicated with the company owner, Mary, by phone and text while the cleaners were in my home to discuss a few things regarding my home. Mary was very professional to talk with. I came home after the cleaners had left to find a job well done with exception of my wood floors, which appeared to have a film on them and some scattered crumbs that did not get swept up. The remainder of my home look very good and I was happy with it. Mary followed up with me later that afternoon to ask if I was happy with their service. We talked about my wood floors and she offered to have the cleaners come out the next morning to re-do them, which I accepted. The next morning Mary herself showed up and re-cleaned my wood floors with plain water. She concluded that the reason for the film on my floors was because the ladies that cleaned them the first time used a little too much concentrated cleaner. They were also rushed to finish the job before 5pm when they were technically supposed to be done with working for the day. Mary fixed my floors and was very professional and nice. I would hire them again and make sure they have plenty of time to do their job earlier in the day.

They are consistent and punctual. They are very easy to work with if I need something extra or need to switch a day. I have only asked for a day that was not on the schedule once, and they were able to accommodate me. The cleaning is good. I would like to see more detail in the bathrooms, but overall, they are good and thorough. They have not damaged anything or done anything that would make me uncomfortable. I would recommend them.
