They did a great job. No problems, he took the old gutters down put new ones up and cleaned up the sight. It has been two weeks no with problem.

the process from beginning to end flowed very well. The agent that came out to do the paperwork was friendly and explained things fully. The worker that did the work was knowledgeable and friendly and got the work done in one day. He came back a day or so the see if everything was still working. The work for the price was not bad.

Sales person was very nice, Explained all the details before we accepted the contract. Job was completed in one day. All material left on ground was cleaned up and left like no one was here. Very professional. Thank you Paradise.

Working with Paradise Home Improvement is certainly one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The only thing that rates lower than their craftsmanship is their integrity level. I got more water coming into my foundation now than before I got the gutters installed. The just runs over these gutters and then along the soffit before it drips down close to the walls. Currently, 4 pieces of gutter have fallen off and a couple more are loose or water comes out other places than at the bottom spout. The product comes with a warranty but Paradise does not answer their phones or return voice mails or messages left on their site. It is a complete disgrace. One of their selling points is using wider downward spouts than normal to carry water away quicker. Well due to their incompetent install I could clearly see that the wider spout was just mounted on top of what was already there, so it is just for show. The water goes through a regular narrow spout. The installers also did a terrible job lifting my roof which was only 1 year old at the time I had these gutters installed and suddenly roof shingles by the gutters started falling off left and right. Thankfully my roofing guy is honest and comes to fix it every time, but he is not happy about the work done by Paradise. When I first called to complain to the sales rep his answer was basically, well, we got your money now followed by a laugh reminiscing of the hyenas in the Lion King. So buyer beware, these guys do not have the skill to do a good job, and they could not care less once they have your money.

Price was high, we ran into a problem due to the slope of my roof, after gutters where installed. We could not use the caps they didn't drop the price much. Would not use again.

Nice guy running the company. Straight up front and no bs trying to overcharge ya. On time, not expensive and professional.

We have a metal roof. The estimator said they would install extensions for the gutters. When installed they did not bring all the materials listed in contract. Rain runs over and leaks from gutters. Have called a half dozen times and get the run around. Still no one has come to look at. Have a warranty that I would say is worthless. Very disappointed is understating it. Next inquiry for home advisor may have to be for legal

The sales representative responded to my quote request almost as soon as I had entered it online on 04/12/2019 and he was onsite the next day. I hired them on the first sales call. I heard nothing more from them until I called for status a couple a week later. When I called the company's main number during business hours no matter what number I selected on the menu I kept being sent to the marketing department's voice mail. I then called the general manager/owner's mobile number and left a message on his voice mail. Shortly after leaving my message I received a text from the salesman that he had contacted the office and would get me an answer. when I received no follow up within two working days I again contacted the salesman and the scheduler finally called me later that afternoon. The installer showed up on time but I was surprised that there was only one man to do the job on two story house. He informed me that he was used to working by himself and it would be no problem. The installer completed the job in a little more than one day but he did an excellent job on the install and cleaned up the site to my satisfaction.

I have paid the deposit $2000 and the contractor started the job in March 2019 but has not been back to complete the work. He refuses to return my calls. I would not recommended this Contractor.

They promised to do a job they underestimated and wanted to chop off my roof line to make it work. I am firing them for non-performance and breach of contract.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO HAVE OUR GUTTERS INSTALLED EXCELLENT SALESMAN THAT CAME OUT HE WAS LENGHTY IN PRESENTATION, BUT SEEMED KNOWLEDGABLE. OUT OFEVERYBODY TPRICEDURS, PRA WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE BUT APPEARED TO HAVE A GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT.

The gutters look and work great. Removal of old gutters and installation of new ones was done in one day. Very professional work.

Install of my walk-in tub was great. Customer service and needing maintenance really suck, making numerous phone calls, getting no answer. Left messages, no return calls. When able to talk with someone, no follow through on information given. Having tried for over 3 months, still no action on my maintenance issue. May seek legal action.

I was impressed with their representative. He was very knowledgeable and presented the product very well. I did not feel pressured. And I felt I was making an informed decision in purchasing the gutters.

Prompt response to my request for an estimate. Provided several options.

We made the deal with their saleman then when it was time to install the gutters they said they couldn't half of it. The installer said the manager would call me on Monday, but we have never heard from them and none of the job was done.
