Lee and his installer, Lennie, at Norsec were great to work with. Our two prior security companies installed upgrades when asked, but were reactive only in their suggestions. Also, scheduling service was difficult with our prior alarm companies. Norsec was responsive, clear and precise. They discovered and cleaned up a lot of programming mistakes made by our prior service providers and cut our monitoring cost in half.

They did an excellent job on the install and a year later still provide excellent support

Before we even signed the contract, Lee came out to the house and spoke extensively with my husband about what our security needs were and the type of equipment to be used. He was very professional and answered all questions without hesitation. His team of 3 installers did a great job with as little mess and disruption as possible. They were all polite, respectful and hardworking. It was a blistering hot day and they were working in sweltering conditions in the attic and outside. We kept them in cold drinks and gave them money to have a nice lunch AND THEY EVEN BROUGHT US THE CHANGE!!!!!! They had patience to explain everything and go over it again when necessary. After the security system and video were installed in one day, Lee then came back, set everything up with the monitoring and patiently went through the details of operation. We are extremely pleased with the job and feel very safe knowing that our home is secure. Great job guys!! Thanks very much!!

The initial l visit was good.  Lee explained some of the trade offs to consider and responded to the points I had learned from research on the internet.  We agreed on a solution that was a balance between cost and features/capabilities.  The estimate arrived quickly and corresponded to our agreement.
Installation started at the date and time we agreed.  There were complications with the cable company router (apparently a common problem).  It was complicated to unscramble but they got it solved within a few days.  Also, complications (also typical) making sure the remote access worked on our various devices.  Norsec spent extra hours with both items.  I was not billed extra and was glad that I had not tried to install the system myself since both surprises were complicated.
These guys did what I needed from a professional installer.

Lee and his team do great work. They worked with our schedule and communicated well throughout the process. Norsec installed an access control & scheduling system that restricts access to the building and upstairs. This included locking down two exterior door, one interior door, and an elevator.

Lee did not try to oversell, was honest and knowledgeable.  He worked with me on customized solution at a reasonable cost. The monitoring service was considerable less than national home security companies for the same level of service.

Arrived as scheduled. Provided Professional installation for both burglary alarm system & mounting of TV. Customer focused and willingness to make their the best!! Would recommend to others.

We had an alarm system in our new house that we had never used.  Early one morning it began malfunctioning.  We were able to mostly silence it, but still had some remaining issues.
I called several companies looking for help, but Norsec was the only one who could make time for us that afternoon.  The owner, Lee Norton, came out and helped us fully kill our malfunctioning system.  He offered to help us get it back up and running, but the original installer (?) had installed it with a lockout code.  Since we didn't know the code of the previous owners the system was useless.
 Lee quoted us on getting another working system going, and monthly monitoring.  That wasn't something we are ready for now, but will probably do in the future. If we had installed a new system, that day's service call fee would have been applied towards that charge.
We will be calling Norsec when we decide to get a system..
