Our building supervisor, Gary Bryant, actively supervised the construction process, checking the actual on-site progress and workmanship several times daily. Major system and material upgrades were selected (after much personal research) and priced several months prior to breaking ground. However, many changes were also made along the way. Although this was a production plan, it had never been built quite the way we were building it, so having to do some tweaking like moving windows and the kitchen island was expected. The subcontractors provided quality workmanship and have been very good about addressing any issues that have come up since we closed. Gary has been personally handling most of the warranty work, but the warranty manager, Bob has been great to deal with too.
