These guys have been terrific. Always feel we get good advice. They are in it for the long term relationship.

The cost is on an annual contract.  It is the rapport that they have with the customer and they keep in touch with the customer as to what they are doing so that they know them on a personal level as well as on a business level. They never try to sell you anything that you do not need and they will leave and give you an offer if you want to go to somewhere else to get it cheaper than what they can give you. So, it is just the general rapport with the customer. I have used them for about 13 years now and I do not see any reason to change.

Replaced circuit board which was still under warranty as well as compression valve in furnace.
They originally installed unit in this plan so were familiar with furnace brand and warranty information.
Was very happy they correctly diagnosed the furnace problem after wasting almost 200 dollars using another company first and problems still existed.
Will definitely use for all furnace and a/c problems in the future.

These guys did a great job. They contacted us very quickly after an inquiry on Angie's List. Doug, the owner, worked with us to schedule the job as quickly as he could. It is nice to have A/C upstairs again. He also followed up afterwards to see if all went well. Very professional.

On time, quick and accurate work, explained fractures  got at work and service asked if we understood or needed anything else.
