About us
My name is Chad Faulkner, a lifetime Indian Land resident. I have been a S.C. licensed/bonded/insured residential contractor since 1995. Prior to working for myself I was in the manufactured home business for 15 years. I do work alone, but when there are jobs that need more than myself, I have subs that have worked with me for many years that I bring in for help. If there is a repair that is needed or a job to be done I will come out and give a free estimate. I take much pride in the work in which I do and have many references that can be provided. I can work by the hour or by the job depending on the work that needs to be done.
