Description of Work: Appointment was set for a consultation. He was a no show, and no contact made for cancellation. Very unprofessional, if he can't commit to an appointment how will he commit to a job.

+ -1 moreI should have known better after it took me calling three times for them to call me back. They finally called to schedule the appointment and he never showed up. I called and they apologized and rescheduled. He showed up 20 minutes late but did complete the job for a reasonable price. We also talked about aerating not just my yard but 5 others on my street. He provided a quote and said to call on the Monday of the week we wanted the lawns aerated. I called Monday and left a message. I called Wednesday and left a message. And I called Thursdat and left a message, stating that if I didn't hear back from them by the end of they day, I will find another provider. It amazes me that a small landscaping company can provide such poor customer service.
