Jenny started out great last year when we purchased two properties from her then we purchased a third and it has been a nightmare since. She got too caught up with traveling and teaching to do anything about marketing the property for resale. She wouldn't respond to text messages, voicemails or emails and became very nasty and aggressive when I wanted out of the listing agreement. I had to escalate it to Keller Williams corporate office to get the release. I will never use or recommend her again.
