Excellent experience from start to finish. Keith was very accommodating in working with our schedule. He was very efficient in connecting all our entertainment media components into our new console. He was very thorough and conscientious. We would definitely use Keith again and highly recommend him. A+

Keith was very flexible with scheduling and very prompt.

The job was bigger than he first realized and it took multiple days. Keith worked very diligently to get all aspects of the system set up. He had helped design the concept so I could tell he felt responsible to make it work. He did a very good job and both Keith and his assitant were very cordial throughout the installation.

My home theater system was not set up correctly and I was having trouble with my receiver and the multi room setup. I called Keith and due to the weather, one of his outdoor jobs was delayed and he was able to take care of my system in the same day. His price was very fair and I am very happy with the way the system sounds and I understand how everything is set up. Keith took the time to make sure we understood how everything was connected so it was easy to switch between tasks.

I have had a good experience with him. I had a surround sound system that did not work correctly. I also had four remotes that I wasn?t sure how to use. He came to my house and explained to me how to make it all work together. Now I just have one remote that works great. He was quick, answered all my questions and even helped me out with problems that I had not seen. He was a little pricey but it was worth it.

Keith is a FANTASTIC resource. He was able to overcome various challenges presented by both my equipment and the house's configuration. He was able to set up my Denon AVR3806 receiver even though it wasn't one that he recommended and is NOTORIOUSLY hard to configure. He kept working to make the wall-mounted LCD tv sit perfectly straight, taking it down twice to calibrate the mount even when my level showed it was mounted level. We finally noticed one arm on the mount was little farther out from the wall, and that's what Keith was picking up - and he wasn't going to leave it until it looked perfect. He even slogged through the inches-thick mud on the side of the house to run the outside speaker connections, not worrying about his shoes (of course this was the day he didn't have his boots). He also helped improvise solutions to several odd-ball requests that I threw at him - and he always suggested the most economical solution first. Keith will be getting my business for as long as he wants it!

I had received a quote from Keith approx 10 mos previous to the work being done. I did part of the work myself (hung TV and speakers) to save money. I called Keith and he was able to schedule the work the next day and he finished the work in an afternoon. Very pleased.

Keith showed up on time and did the work very quickly. He is clearly an expert at what he does and wasted no time mounting our television over our fireplace and running wiring to a nearby cabinet. When I noticed that the mount seemed to be "off" by just a hair, the TV was a slight bit crooked, I called him and he came right back out to our house within an hour (I called a day or so later). The mount was perfectly level, but something had snagged the TV up just a tad so he resolved it quickly. Quality work, great attitude, I would highly recommend him!

I called Keith at Home Theater Concepts. He was able to come that day to give me an estimate. Keith was very knowledgeable about all of the equipment that we would need. He understood what we wanted in the room. I called him back to schedule the work. He was able to put us on his schedule within a week. Keith arrived on time to begin the work. Luckily, he was able to use two of our existing speakers. He moved them to the back of the room and put the new speakers at the front. All of the equipment was set up perfectly. The TV stand that we purchased did not have a back on it, so he took the time to tie the wires together so that only a few lines were showing. He also vacuumed up dust from the job. I had to pick up and drop off children. Keith was able to work around my schedule. The cable guy was supposed to come later in the afternoon. Keith offered to come when the cable guy was there, so that he could make sure it was all working when the cable guy was finished. I had a question about the exposed cable line outside, and Keith talked to the cable guy about what we wanted--the cable behind the downspout with only a few inches showing at the top where it went into the attic. Keith is enthusiastic about the new technology that is available. He listens to what you want and is easy to work with. He is friendly and courteous.

He was very knowledgeable about what he did and great at explaining the different pricing options.

Excellent. Keith was available on a drop of hat for quick design questions/issues as the framers were making adjustments. He is professional and is easy to get along with. We will be having him return to do some additional installs in the near future.

Keith was very helpful in laying out the sound system. He was very thorough in his explanations in how the system would be done and some pitfalls that might occur when installing a system in walls not knowing what obstacles might hinder the installation. He did a very good job in adjusting the plan so we could get what as close to the original plan as possible. He did a good job in setting up the multifunction remote and showing us how to use it. His work was completed in one day and his crew did a good job in cleaning after the work was completed.

Fantastic job! The setup of the house presented some challenges, and the guys dealt with them quickly and professionally. The final result was as good as I could have hoped for.

Everything went perfectly. The work was professionally done, on time and for the price quoted. They answered follow up questions at no charge.

Keith showed up on time as promised and got to work. He had to drill a bit in order to run the new cable for the High Definition line. He knows his business. After running the lines, he installed the television exactly where it would best be viewed. He took care to make sure all connections were active and working perfectly. Keith also made sure the new television and satellite connections were installed correctly with the existing surround sound system. Then he installed a new DVD player into the system, making sure all functioned properly.

They encountered unexpected problems in my wall - no fault of their own. Their estimate of 2 hours turned in closer to four or five but they finished the work that day. The eventual bill was a good bit higher due to the unexpected labor - we're in an old home with some designs they were unprepared for - didn't have the right tools on hand. One problem in the TiVo was left not working. Keith offered to come back by and fix it but I've had a hard time getting him to return our call or commit to a time to return to get everything working as they had promised.

Keith McCullough was a pleasure to work with, on this project. He was able to come to my house and quote me a price, the day I called. He had another client reschedule, so he was able to fit me into his busy schedule, the following day. I had purchased a wireless surround sound system, that my husband was unable to get to work, so I asked Keith to hardwire the system. Keith gave me several good ideas and then implemented them. My husband wanted a system outside and Keith installed a system that is fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone. He's really good and will work with you, to make the system you already have work or he'll get you what you need, if you don't have a clue. All in all, my husband was completely surprised (a 50th birthday gift) and extremely grateful, that he finally had the system of his dreams.

Keith consistently goes above and beyond and I trust him completely to do the job right the first time and at a fair price. He is friendly, knowledgeable has a great work ethic and I highly recommend him. He will certainly be calle dupon to do more work in my home soon.

Keith was very knowledgeable with all the different components we had installed and programmed for our system. Keith called and asked if he could show up 30 minutes early and he did. He kept us up to date on the progress of the install and has great manors. Keith believed it would take 4-5 hours when it actually took 8 hours for the install and did not charge us for the extra time. Keith stands behind his work, provides great money saving ideas and is very dependable. He can work with most equipment you have without trying to sell other non necessary items. I would highly recommend Keith for any whole house wiring of components, plasma and home theater installations. If you are building a house get in contact with him during the framing of the house to save money and get an expert install.
