FLOOR INNOVATIONS INC

We bought our carpet 7 years ago and almost immediately bumps in our carpet appeared. We have tried for years to have them fix it. The last time we spoke and they said they would take care of it, Dan's mother continually told us that Dan could not come out during the week because he was too busy and even though she said they would take care of it, we have not heard from them again. And this is exactly the way they treat you by ignoring you. I have been told by other carpet companies that the reason for this problem is because of the way it was installed and that it will cost us at least $500 to have it fixed. I am 57 and have had carpet in all of my homes but have never had this kind of problem or really any kind of carpet problem. For what we paid we should have never had any problems. It is only in 3 bedrooms and a hallway but every room has at least 3-4 rolls big enough to trip over.
