 + -1 moreOur overall experience with Shane on every visit has been excellent. He is the owner/operator so the buck stops with him. He is a pleasure to work with and has always been able to come to our home within 24-48 hours.
Description of Work: We have had Shane Munsey out several times for various issues including baby shampoo soaked in carpet, ink stains on carpet, standard cleaning. This particular visit was for a doggie accident. Our oldest dog made a huge urine stain on our carpet that is less than 1 year old. Shane gave my husband instructions on the phone about what to do. He said he would come out if the carpet still smelled or if he couldn't neutralize the stain. His instructions worked like a charm. We still asked him to come out to treat the area and to clean the entire rug since we had new furniture arriving.
