I have waited for a cost estimate on landscaping services since my initial contact in May 2015.  I call every 7-10 days but have yet to receive a return call.  I let the owner borrow my landscape plan that was designed by another company at a high cost.  He refuses to call me back, do the work or even return the plan I let him borrow.  It's sad because I'm happy with the weekly maintenance work they do but this matter will cost them my business.

They do all of our lawn maintenance, from shrubs to the grass trimming, mulching, fertilizer, and treatments. They show up on time. I'm picky; when I call and ask for someothing special to be done, the crew always gets it done. We've been using them for two years now. I'm very happy with their services.

• I'm a 70 yr. old woman living alone in SC; we don't have soil here, only clay, (in which I cannot dig.) I found Edward's Lawn Care on Angie's List, and called them because of the good reviews, and the fact that they are close to my home. Matt (the owner) came to give me an estimate, and I was so impressed with this kind young man, and the price he gave me, I hired him right away. I should mention that Matt has several employees and they do much larger jobs, like whole developments. But he took the time for this small job, that required two new bushes, which he supplied. He did the work himself in a very short time, and hauled away the debris - all for about $65.00.

The pricing from Edwards was competitive, and they did arrive about every two weeks as scheduled to cut the grass. But we cancelled their service after two years due to the incredibly poor communications from them. Over the course of two years, we sent them many e-mails that were never returned. We left voice mail messages asking about the status of our sprinkler system and never heard back from them. Although we had asked them to check out the existing sprinkler system and get it running, I don't believe they ever even looked at it.
They seem like nice people, but I would never hire them again due to the complete lack of communication. Several other reviews also reference the poor communication, so I see this as a trend with them.

They show up on time. They are very polite and dependable. They come every other Wednesday for maintenance.

Provider was punctual and stayed on budget although work required an additional half days work that was not included in original estimate.

He did fine work but it was difficult to get him to respond. I had to call him about three times each time I wanted to have him do work. The quality of the work was good. He did exactly what he said he would do. However, I would not recommend him.

I have signed a one year agreement with the lawn service but I will not use them after the conclusion. They are providing weekly maintainence as well installed sod and plants. The shrubs died within two weeks and they told me the cause was no water. The plants in front that they planted are fine and the grass is green. All five shrubs that died are the same shrub. They were supposed to replace them a month ago and after several calls, they still have not been replaced.

They were pretty quick to put us on their schedule for work. They did the work one day and advised for us to call back if after a good downpour it wasn't draining properly. It wasn't, so we called back and they came out within a day or so and then buried drainage pipe under the already installed river rock. Because they were busy due to weather cramping their schedule, call backs were somewhat slow but they work they did MORE than made up for it.
We would definitely call them again for further yard landscaping we'll need in the future.

I live on the lake and have a huge yard - in no time, my yard is cut! Matt is nice and does an excellent job. He also trims around the edges. Every time they cut my grass, they blow the grass cuttings off my porches.

Their service is very good.

We were beyond pleased ... and quot;thrilledand quot; seems a little strong for yard work, but it is a close approximation. Not only are we pleased with bringing on the new firm, but Edwards' competitors driving to/from jobs in the neighborhood are slowing to look at the work and walkers/jogers/dog walkers are pausing to observe. On top of all that, the monthly quoted priced is less than we had been paying. For our first venture through Angie's List, we truly had a win-win ... where we are the recipients of both: winning with Edwards and winning with Angie.

They are nicest guys. I have used their services 4-5 and they are overall excellent.

The team worked well together and were efficient and personable. TJ and Norm were quite focused and really did a great job for us. We will definately call on the Edwards Lawncare team again for any lawn and yard work that we are unable to do on our own. Don't hesitate, if you need lawn and yard work . . . call Edwards Lawncare.

I feel blessed to have them. They do a really good job, I am pleased. They are really nice men.

The team at Edwards is fantastic to work with, and I couldn't recommend them any higher. Their pricing is fair, the communication is excellent, and they've always performed their services on time. We've used multiple service companies over the last four years, and Edwards is by far the best.

Before we hired them we checked references and they were all glowing. We're very glad that we found them!

Everything went great. They are very good.

We have a monthly maintenance contract with them. Their service is very good and they are very responsive. They do quality work and they are very personable. Their responsiveness is one of their highlights. We have dealt with other companies in the past and we have tried to call those companies but never received any callbacks. We have never had any issues with them. The owner himself comes out and takes care of everything. He is very active with the service. They do mowing of the lawn and also trim the weeds every week. We have done a sprinkler repair with them and some other landscaping projects too. We have done lot of projects with them and we have been satisfied with everything that they have done. As per their monthly contract they do aeration and over seeding. Their price is a bit more but its worth paying.

I spent about $100 on their service. They were a little difficult to get hold of. However, when they came out, they gave me great service. It seemed like they were trying to put me into their schedule; they seemed very busy. I will not use them again in the future.

Edwards arrived in early a.m., the guys did a good job and cleaned the site before leaving around noon.

It went well. They worked hard even when it was raining outside.

I am billed monthly by Edwards Lawn Care. We have had them for just under a year. I like using their service. They were a little slow about getting back to me on a few quotes for future work.
