+ -1 moreIt was a disaster. Doug would not tell anything about the renters; I used the internet to find out information. The renters broke the lease, and I kept the deposit. Renters sued and Doug testified against me with false information. Renters won because of Doug's testimony. He is dishonest and not to be trusted.
Description of Work: I hired Doug Collins as the property manager and real estate agent for my mother 's rental home. Because of the conflict of interest, he turned against me, sided with the renters who broke their lease, and testified in court against me. He lied under oath and is dishonest and not to be trusted. I would NEVER recommend him.
