I knew that I wanted Hunter Douglas shades for our new home, so I went to the Hunter-Douglas Gallery at Diana's Blinds and Design.  Gallery dealers offer a total shopping experience, with premium displays of Hunter Douglas' full line of products.  Heather walked me around the gallery and explained all of the different types of shades and the lifting systems.  Diana came to the house with a great selection of shades and colors.  She measured and remeasured each window.  I asked Diana for her guidance as far as suggesting colors, types of shades, and lifting systems that would work in our home.  She was so helpful.  Bruce did an excellent and careful job installing our shades.  He also took the time to show us how each lifting system worked.  Diana was onsite during the installation and followed up later in the week to ensure we were happy.  Overall we were extremely pleased with the professionalism, promptness, quality and attention to detail by this company.  We will certainly use them again and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Diana was great. I used her because she was a rep of Hunter Douglas and carried the motorized blinds. Her location was out of my way but worth the trip. Her daughter helped me there and then Diana in my home. When the blinds arrived, she even came with the installer to make sure it was done right.

I have difficult windows (location, size, sun), and Diana showed her experience and knowledge by helping me make the best decisions for my budget. Hunter Douglas blinds are expensive, but the quality is worth it for the special windows I have. She also has a showroom so I was able to see a big variety of blinds first hand, instead of small samples or pictures. The people that work for her are very professional too.

We were living in the UK at the time, traveling (occasionally) to the U.S., so the installation was completed without us being present. After installation, I was unhappy with the color on 3 windows and they changed them out for me for a minimal fee. Excellent service, professional installation and prompt communication.

Diana came out and measured all the windows and quoted a price based on the product that I chose. She had color charts with her and at my request, recommended a color that would go well. The blinds arrived and she and her installer came out and installed them. Some of the blinds weren't quite right and instead of messing around with them, she promptly told me that she would have them remade. They came and installed them again and I am very happy with the end result. Diana displayed professionalism and superb customer service. All products will have issues from time to time but it is customer service like Diana's that really differentiate the great companies from the rest. I would definitely use her again.

Diana has been very helpful in selecting fabric for our new window treatments. She has some absolutely beautiful window treatments and a great eye for design. Her prices seem to be very reasonable compared to treatments we had done for our former home.
