Ed Sniadecki of Diamond Rio Inc., and his crew are fantastic. He replaced a large 1/2 circle rotted leaking picture window high up near an 18 foot ceiling with a new window. I purchased the window myself , and he worked very well with the window company. He corrected a construction error which required the current window opening to be raised up around half a foot, then installed the new window, new drywall, etc.. He replaced all the rotted masonite in the back of home surrounding the window with hardy plank, repaired the wall and repainted both the interior and exterior walls around the repair. He sent the finest carpenters , painter, and dry wall expert. His crew is meticulous with their work, they are very pleasant, and it a was pleasure to have them in our home. He also sent a lead crew member to check the work before going to each next step, and Ed stopped by too several times. I've used contractors in the past, but this is the first company that I've truly been impressed with, and will definitely use them in the future when I need other work done.

We had used Diamond Rio previously on french door and custom window replacement in a stucco house.  We were so impressed with Ed and his crew, that we had him bid our Master Bathroom Remodel.  We chose Diamond Rio.  Ed and his crew and subs are all outstanding.  Their professionalism, skill and attention to detail are above standard.  Our master bathroom turned out beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased.  We've recommended him to our friends and neighbors.

They did an excellent job. They have a very high skill level. They were very good and their price was also very good but sometimes it was hard to get them scheduled. I would use them again. In fact, I am getting ready to call them here in the next couple of weeks.

We purchased Andersen Eagle french doors (3 pairs) and 2 casement windows and Diamond Rio installed them for us. We were concerned because our home is artificial stucco and we were afraid of any damage to the stucco. Diamond Rio took every care not to do any damage to the stucco. (They also found that our original doors were not screwed to the framing but just held in place by the trim work!). Diamon Rio screwed the new doorsinto place solidly, added insulation around the framing, reworked the existing heavy trim to fit, and installed new exterior trimwork. They custom fit two new casement windows. They also did repair work to one floor and Joist where water had penetrated a poorly fitting old door. The new doors are fabulous and work beautifully. We were very pleased with their work and would hire them again.

Ed is great. On the initial consult he gave us lots of good ideas on how to refurbish the room. When work started, he was prompt and courteous. He and Dennis work very hard and get lots done in a short time. Rates are very reasonable. He is flexible on how and what should be done, so when something unexpected arose, he was able to deal with it efficiently. I will hire him again.

Job 1: Great guy to deal with. Very good at what he does. And very reasonable. Job 2: The basement level has concrete blocks and the doors for that entrance required Ed to cut into them in order for the doors to fit. Ed did it and did not charge any extra.
