Horrible. Dell does not offer customer service anymore and their entire staff is completely preoccupied by commissions. I just want to warn everyone that Dell is obviously consumed by greed and commissions and don't actually care about customer service at this point. I would not trust their recommendation at this point since they will obviously be blinded by how much commission they will make.
Description of Work: I needed a recommendation from Dell. We have an account but I don't know the number so I called instead of chatting. I was transferred to 3 different people and every single one drilled me for information to try and find my acocunt. They really did care why I was calling if they could not look up information on the company. I explained that I am just doing research right now and need to know what they would recommend. No one would make a recommendation and would just transfer me instead. The last person I spoke to told me that they are commission based so they really need to be able to track the recommendation in case we decide to purchase. I told him that I am just need a recommendation at this point and can't they just do that or should I go to HP. I was going to offer to take his name so that I could be sure we noted it on the order if we decided to go with a Dell but he never gave me the chance. He just hung up on me.
