Having just moved to the area, they sent me a flyer in the mail. I was looking for built ins and had already had 2 quotes, one handyman and another cabinet company. Their price was reasonable for a company. Their level of responsiveness and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Gino in sales is knowledgable, personable, and had excellent follow up. He did an estimate, sents drawings, explained payment (1/2 deposit) and called with the details regarding instillation. He told me when they were coming, and even came by after instillation for photos and checked my satisfaction. They were so fast, which I appreciated. When I had a concern regarding paint chipped during instillation, he offered to come by and do touch up painting. The material they use is MSF, and you do need to hire a painter afterwards to paint. They did show me how to take off the hinges off the doors for painting, which I appreciated. The smell from the material did give me and my son a headache the next day, but I am always sensitive to smells. Not their fault. I highly recommend this company. By far the best contractor I have worked with since moving to the Carolina's.
