Brent showed up on time as promised. He quickly determined that the switch on the vacuum hose was faulty and only worked intermittently. He showed me how to continue to operate without the switch which allowed me to continue to use the vacuum system. He did not charge me for the service call but did agree to try to find a replacement switch for the hose so that it could be repaired. Brent was courteous and knowledgeable about my vacuum system.
