Terrible. This company is a SCAM.  The plants arrived terribly diseased.  We immediately notified and provided documentation.  It took them weeks to get back to us on things, and they repeatedly REFUSED refund, even if it was their documented and admitted fault.  After considerable delay, they sent us more plants, that also looked similarly diseased.  It took days to even get a response and they still refused refund, refused to pass us to management.  Unfortunately, we some how missed the tons of terrible reviews on this company which can be found online at various web sites like Davesgarden.com and even the Better Business Bureau which has a ton of complaints against this company as well.  Any good reviews must surely be because they were fortunate enough to not get a bad product or did not know the difference, because this will be absolutely terrible otherwise. Their web pages, which we think go under several names, look fantastic, and the pictures are amazing - but it all seems to be smoke and mirrors.  They are playing the odds and waiting people out on their complaints while keeping the company. 
Months have gone by with no resolve, and we are forced to file complaints against this company to even get them to look our way.  Read the reviews on the web, and protect yourself from this terrible company.
