Very well. We are new to the area and they treated our dog as if he had been a regular patient. We will be back.

They were very good all the way. You can tell that they love animals. They explain everything to you. They also take time to be-friend the animal.We absolutely will use them again.

I've taken my pets there and they had to put them down.  I'm not sure if they could have done something to help them.

I recently moved to Tega Cay and needed to find a good Vet for my best friend, a Pekingese / Lhasa mix who rescued me a few years back. I had read the on-line reviews of Baxter Veterinary Clinic and was considering using them. I received a coupon for a free visit and checkup so I took them up on the offer. I set up an appointment and took my dog in. The staff was very friendly and the Vet was very thorough checking over my pup. I was satisfied that this was the right place to take my dog for healthcare. They transferred all his records, logged in his microchip and he is set to go as a new patient. They even have a very good website where you can review your pet's treatment history etc. I'm very happy to have quality care set up for my pet at Baxter Veterinary Clinic.

Pleasant and helpful on the phone. Called ahead of time to make sure they could assist with getting the cage out of my car and they did. The tech clipped his nails while I held him. Then she said and quot;you are all set.and quot; When I told her I was there for an exam she told me that it wasn't listed in her appointment book that way. I said I wanted to see a vet and that I had the free exam coupon. She came back after and quot;speaking to the vetand quot; and said they had some emergencies and the could not fit me in without an hour wait. She then preceded to tell me that my guinea pig was healthy and there really wasn't a reason for him to be seen. She did say I could come back another time for the free exam. While the tech was nice, I did not appreciate my waste of time. I do not have any dogs or cats at this time but I would not go here due to this experience.

Baxter Veterinary Clinic are pretty new, we have been going to them for about 2 years, we have gotten good treatment there, the doctors are very nice and they are very educated. We feel very comfortable taking our pet there.

I highly recommended Baxter Veterinary Clinic. They are very responsive, same day or next day service and the price is very fair.

Wonderful service, the receptionist was helpful on the phone and in person. She took the time to talk to the vet, understand the problem, and then come up with a substitue which our cat loves. He's eating again, and happy. Thanks to the Baxter Vetrinary Clinic for their help.
