Mortgage Companies
This is my third mortgage through Bank of America so, I have been using them for 16 years. It can be challenging to get through their automated system to get to the person I need but once I get that person, it is good. It can sometimes be difficult to get a person fluent in English; I have had to request a different case worker since I had some problems communicating with some of them. I like my case worker now and I will continue working with Bank of America.
