Excellent service. Fast Response. Found the leak and quickly repaired. All this was done at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend them.

Two plumbers came to my house to fix a leak on the ceiling and the upper portion of my wall. In the process my 55 gallon fish tank was dropped and my laminate floors were damaged. The plumbers told me their Restoration company would be in contact with me. A day later I had no floors. The company did not follow up with me after this incident. I currently still am living on a concrete slab. Living in horrible conditions with no floors. When asked to speak to the other owner or to Ray Giles, Shannon stated she was the co-owner and that Ray Giles is no longer involved with the business. Shannon stated that the other Co-owner is a private partner. Shannon stated she was aware of the entire situation and never reached out to me as a customer until I called her 10 days later trying to figure out what the next step was for them to cover the damages. While on the phone Shannon even mentioned that her two plumbers informed her of the situation. When asked, Shannon, would not share her companies insurance information. When asked, Shannon would not share her last name. When asked, Shannon, also would not provide me with written documentation in reference to why she felt her company was not liable for the floors. After seeing me post online in reference to my review Shannon then proceed to call me from a blocked number and issue idle threats. My overall experience with this company has been absolutely horrible.

It took a long time to get them to have availability to do the work. When the job was done, the work was excellent.

They came on time with a new unit, but realized the existing unit just needed a small repair. They fixed it and showed me how to do it myself if it happens again. So instead of costing me a couple hundred dollars, they charged me a house call. This is the second time I've used Giles, and I will definitely call them again if the need arises.

He showed up when he said he would show up. He did his job and fixed the toilet efficiently and did not make a mess and cleaned up afterward. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. He was a man of few words, which I really like. My wife said he was polite.

From the initial contact with Giles Plumbing, to the final goodbye, the entire staff of Giles Plumbing was courteous, professional, and efficient.  We had to make several phone calls to find someone available right after Christmas, and Giles came to our rescue.  We highly recommend these guys!

-up.  Finally, Giles came to our rescue.  I was so impressed with Scott and assistant.  I cannot thank you enough, Giles, for having such professional plumbers on your staff.  I have referred you to everyone on our street and will post the same praise on our social media sites, where we rely on each other for references.  After 5  years of dealing with roots backing up our sewer system, they fixed this issue that everyone else said was impossible without tearing through our newly renovated tiled shower.

We now have plenty of water, great water pressure, and feel good about our decision to call Giles plumbing. Copper pipes should last 70 to 80 years, so we felt the other company was totally off base suggesting that we replace all our pipes. None of our pipes were leaking. We just didn't have water. It was the pump, not our pipes or our well. 
He did tell us he would bring a water test kit to test our well water while he was there, but he forgot to bring it. I would have liked to have that done but understand that it was just forgotten. 
They were hard workers and spent about 6 hours out in the cold so that we could get our water back!

Could not have been better... I called on Tuesday; they came Wednesday (on time); they finished the job $50 less than the estimate; they were quick; they were friendly...and they checked there work before they left. Obviously a well run business.

More difficult situation than we thought. Busted seal blocked the flow of hot water and he had to put in a new line.

This was the second time that Robby Giles has come to my place for service. The first time was in 2012 when he replaced my garbage disposal and studor vent. Both times he has arrived in the timeframe that was given when I made the appointment. Very patient - he answered all my questions. He provided solid advice for other issues that I had questions about. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend Giles Plumbing for all plumbing related services. I plan to have them come back to replace bathroom faucets, a toilet and hot water tank, eventually.

Went well. Responded right away and stopped leaks.

It went great. I texted him a picture of where the leak was so he was able to come with all the necessary supplies. Two gentleman showed up - super nice folks. Great communicators leading up to the appointment, and very friendly in person. Came on a Sunday and didn't charge us extra for a weekend service call. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely use again.

They are quick. Both times they came within about 2 hours of me calling. The service professionals are polite and quick.
