Jamie is terrific! At the time, I had 3 cats and 2 dogs. One of my cats was pretty old and was on medicine, which he did not like to take. This was no a problem for Jamie. She was happy to give him the medicine. My dogs bark at night (and disturb us and our neighbors) so we put them in our garage to keep them quiet. Jamie agreed to come to my house twice a day - once in the morning to feed and check the animals and then again around 8:30 each night for the 2nd feeding and to put my dogs in my garage. And she didn't charge me for 2 visits, it was just a small amount above her daily fee.
When we arrived back home, she had left me a detailed note that told me how each animal did while we were away. She was so helpful and you can really tell that she loves animals.

A day before we left she sent a confirmation email and sent us a couple of updates via text throughout the weekend. When we got home, the pets were very happy, the house was in order, litterbox very clean, water bowls filled with ice cubes in them!! She left a cute welcome home card and brief note. I was pretty happy with the service so I told her to keep my house key on file. That says a lot.
