There was a supervisor on-site every day, although the crew members themselves were very expert and professional. We cannot say enough in praise of both the contractor, Chris Allen, and his team who were all unfailingly considerate, pleasant, efficient, conscientious, and interested in the project. They paid extraordinary attention to detail. We are truly delighted with the results. Our independent building inspector said when he saw the finished job that "it is a pleasure to see something done right for a change." Our neighbors all commented on the cleanliness of the site and the work ethic of the crew, as well as the final dressing of the house; such things as window washing, replacement of pine straw in the beds, and seeding of bare spots in the lawn. It is no exaggeration to say that 1)The house looks better today than it did when it was new, and 2)This was the most positive experience of its kind that we have ever had. We were actually sorry to see them go.
