"Unfortunately we had to terminate service for [Member Name Removed] due to non payment and she was upset by this. We are very clear with our pricing schedule and every client is emailed the pricing options before service is started. I tried to explain to her that the majority of chemicals are used in July and August but she continued to have trouble understanding this and kept insisting should could not afford to pay that much for chemicals all year. We did call her after not receiving payment the for the first month of service but she did not respond. Two weeks ago I called her again and left her a voicemail letting her know that we would have to stop service if we did not receive payment in full by the end of the week. She did return that call and left a voicemail stating her printer had run out of ink and she had deleted the emails with her invoices etc. If you have any questions about pricing or chemical cost I would be happy to discuss them with you or send you our standard email which outlines all this information before we start service."
