They were just less than helpful. They were lousy. They did not stand behind us. We had multiple issues with this house with the home inspector and they would not help us. I was stuck with overpaying for house with windows that don't work, doors that don't function and the list goes. I would not recommend them. I would absolutely not use them again.

They were wonderful. The realtor on this house was just a deadbeat so they had to do things to resolve issues on this house to do the closing; which the realtor of this house should have been doing. They had to get documents from the courthouse that the selling agent should have gotten. They did an excellent job. They went the extra mile to get the closing taken care of for the house.

While I did make an offer on a house, I cancelled the transaction for reasons unrelated to real estate services received.
He had good contacts among contractors and inspectors.
