Vizible Changez

Overall, my experience in working with Vizible Changez was excellent. Jan, who answered the original phone call I made, was available and attentive throughout the entire repair process. On arrival, she had paperwork already prepared and all I had to do was sign the papers. They were in contact with me daily, updating me on parts that were being ordered, when the car went into the shop for paint, and when they anticipated it being ready for pick up. They delivered on the promised date and the work appears to be excellent. I was highly impressed with their professionalism throughout the claim process. They even worked with me to take payment by phone due to me being out of town. This allowed my son to pick up the car instead of having to wait several days for me to return and make payment. I hope I never have to have another car repaired from an accident, but if I do, this is the shop I'll choose again.

I was very satisified with the condition of the car after the repair. My only complaint was that the adjuster told me it'd be ready by Thursday (when I dropped off on Monday) and it wasn't ready until the next Monday. I also had to call the adjuster multiple times on Thursday and Friday to check in and on Friday morning when I called, he said he'd forgotten to call and give me a status update. I wasn't satisfied with the service, but the car was in perfect condition when I picked it up.
