He took forever to finish the work. The invoice was for $ 4950.00 and he wanted an extra $500.00 for insulation. I should have said no. Once I had given him the money, he told me using profanity pretty much where I could take the money and get lost. This was the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had.

"This is a complete fabrication. I replaced 21 feet of center sill, replaced 4 feet of exterior sill, installed 14 floor joists at back of house, installed a pillar at front of house and braced the left bedroom floor in 7 sections. I was asked to install insulation and I asked for 500.00 to complete the job since it wasn't in my estimate for the job. This work was performed at 1416 Tradd st in Florence SC 29501 and I have a copy for anyone who wants it to prove this customer is a liar.I required half of the 4950.00 which was 2470.00 and asked for the remainder when the house closed. While I was involved with this deal there was never a buyer for this house. I never used profanity. He also sent a damaging letter to all of my clients stating that I caused closings on the house to be put off leading to buyers walking away. After I confronted this person he quikly sent a recant. He will be hearing from my lawyer."
