"Mr. (member name removed), thank you for taking the time to leave us a review; however it would've been more helpful if you expressed your concerns while you were still a client. There was one vase broken during the eight month timeframe that we provided cleaning services for your home. I, the owner, offered full reimbursement for the vase's value, but instead you requested additional cleaning services up to that value; which were completed. Exceptional customer service is what we aim for here at The Cleaning Bouquet and is what we will continue to provide our current and future customers."
