Ronnie and his employees are professional and knowledgeable. They have always been timely in their service and in the past they have serviced and repaired both of my air conditioning units. Their prices are very reasonable after determining the problem. I would highly recommend them.

I have an insurance plan on my A/C system so I used this company because they are covered by my insurance plan.  I only pay my deductible of $75 so I'm not sure how much the actual bill was.  When I called to make the appointment the earliest they could come was a week and a half away, during which time I was unable to use my A/C during eighty degree weather.  The repairman did show up when he was scheduled.  When he came he looked at the drip pan, checked for a clog, and fixed the overflow cut-off switch.  That night when we checked the drip pan it was full and and about to overflow and the "fixed" overflow cut-off switch had not cut the a/c off.  We called the next day and he did come back that afternoon.  This time he said that the a/c was not level and that the water wasn't going to the correct location to drain.  My boyfriend had to get plywood out of our shed and help the repairman lift the a/c and put plywood underneath it to 'level it'.  This did fix the problem but personally I feel like this is not a very professional solution and I still need to figure out a more permanent solution.  Overall I would say that if I didn't have an insurance plan that used this company I would not use them again.

Terribly. You black boxed them until they reimbursed us for damages. You have the report.

The unit was replaced within three days.  It was done efficiently and cleanly.  The old unit was removed, a new concrete pad was installed and the new unit placed on the pad and hooked up to the air handling system.

Great experience.  Gave estimate-met time, price, and service agreement.  No screwups, no "I forgot to tell you ..."  none of that.  We would definately use this company again.  Great people-great service.  Cannot say enough about how well they treated us.

it is still constantly having problems, and they only rig it to work  temporarily fix it, so i have to constantly get them to my house to get it working again.

R & D were referred to me by an inspector in Florence. I did check them on Angie's List. They were polite, friendly and experienced. I think they were very professional.
