They do what they say. They are not the cheapest, but they do a good job. I chose him because I knew that he would do a good job. I have used him a good bit before. He is prompt.

It was still under warranty so it didn't cost anything. I was very glad.

I just like them. They are very punctual. They are here when they say they will be here. They let you know about how much something will cost so there is no surprises. So I like them.

Though I could hear the gas pack working, I wasn't getting any air out of the vents in the house - the fan wouldn't come on. Called Quality Service AC and they were here within an hour. They spent about 30 minutes diagnosing and repairing it. Turned out a capacitor had gone bad. Very pleasant and professional workers.

I liked their service. They came when they said they were going to come and they took care of the problem. I had another property that was not too far away and he went over there and checked that too. He was just all around the place though he had to come so far.

Overall, the experience was good. The technicians were very prompt, neat, straight forward and I think that they were honest. I would definitely use them again.
