PNP HOME IMPROVEMENTS

I had a cracked joist in the crawl space.   A knot hole cracked.   Pete repaired it.
Pete can do it all.
I highly recommend Pete!

We had new tile laid down and new vanities installed! We were extremely pleased with Pete's work.  
So much so we had him do the guest bathroom.  Again very pleased with Pete's work!
Pete's has accomplished a few other smaller jobs for us around the house.  All with the same results!
Pete work is excellent and prices very fair.
I have recommended Pete to friends and co-workers.

Pete contracted to prepare the current flooring to lay the laminate. He came to take a look, prepared an estimate, gave us an overview and said it would take about 7 days. He began work after a few days and worked hard for about 12 days. He sanded a few high spots, filled in others with a leveler and began to lay the and quot;cushioningand quot;. After a few days of that and moving large items to other side of room, he began to lay the floor. We highly recommend him to do your job. Yours can't be more challenging than ours was! Wish you could see a picture. Good job, Pete! We feel we made a friend, too.

We decided we wanted to install doors to separate my office from the front hall. I am pretty handy at doing things around the house and have hung doors before; however, I have never worked with French doors. It was apparent, when Pete looked at the job to quote it, that I made the right decision. He brought up many issues and questions that I had not thought of and would have posed a very real problem for me if I had tried to install them myself. He arrived on time and went right to work. He continued until the job was completed. The doors looked and operated perfectly. We could not be happier.

Very professional to deal with, estimates were exact and was a great person to work with. I even gave him a key to the house to complete the work. Finished all jobs in the estimated time frame and was easy to communicate with. The end product was exactly as we agreed upon. Overall a terrific person to have in your corner in a field where there are few who look out for the homeowner's interests.
