Pages Repairs

The painters were punctual, moved and covered furniture, prepared surfaces to be painted, painted walls, ceilings and trim in a period of three days. They replaced the furniture and left the rooms very clean. The electricians replaced two light fixtures and raised the microwave oven to a more appropriate height over the stove. This required some carpentry work which was done well and quickly. The electrical and carpentry work took about four hours. The plumbers removed the toilet, replaced the flange and reinstalled the toilet so that it was solidly anchored. This took about two hours. The flooring required that the carpet be removed and engineered wood flooring be installed. This was done very cleanly in two days. There was a problem with making the new flooring flush with the top stair. This was not done well at first, but the workers returned and removed the sub-floor at the top of the stairs and installed hardwood flooring at the top of the stairs that resolved the problem.
