They were ok. They did a good job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, which is unusual these days. They seemed to know what they were doing. We were satisfied with the work that they did. The price was competitive.

The shipment confirmation changing the delivery date was the first sign these people were not to be trusted. Next was when even though I called on 12/24 and 12/26 the TV didn't arrive but an email did stating that the order was complete and the TV delivered (and my credit card charged). I called immediately talking to one of the entire staff of customer service reps whose first languange may be english but usage was obviously under the influence of hard drugs beginning at a very young age. These people can't communicate. The first CS rep was so pleased to tell me that htey had chareged me 802.39 and the TV delivered after I had already told her that the TV had not arrived and that was the purpose of my call. Not even sure what to say about that, just not a real bright individual. After checking into the order she announced that the order was a special order (first I heard that term) and that caused the shipping estimates to be off and she was sorry for the mis classification of the TV and that I really wouldn't receive it until 1/3/2012. Ok, now I'm frustrated as during the same call we went from we delivered your TV to it isn't coming for another week. Suspicions once again were raised when i had heard nothing from the shipper in terms of status, even though I had called and requested a shipping status update. On 1/2/2012 I called the shipper again only to be told that the TV had been delayed in New Jersey and wouldn't be arriving until 1/6/2012. At that point I demanded that my card be credited as I wasn't going to pay interest on a TV I had intended on paying off on the first bill (but not if I didn't have it). They declined until I contacted the bank and the bank informed them they would block all transactions after reversing this one if the company did not comply with my request to not be charged until the merchandise was at least to be delivered the day of the charge. Same series of events repeated themselves until I had a new delivery date of 1/10/2012. The 10th came and went with no TV. I called that evening and the shipper swore the TV was in the truck and would be going out in the morning. The morning of the 10th came and went and the shipper swore the TV would be delivered by EOD 1/10 as it was on the truck and within 2 miles of my home. At that point I demanded that they deliver it as their next delivery (2 miles was stop light and then your there, 3-5 minutes away) which after a heated discussion with the dispatcher was granted. 5 minutes later the shipper shows up with my "New" tv packaged in a non Panasonic box having been re-taped at least twice. I demanded that the delivery person open the merchandise, take it out and prove it to be in good condition. That I would not only not sign for its receipt, but not even touch it until they had shown me it looked to be new and in good condition. The TV came out of the box with 8 breaks in the screen, dents in the rear, and lose male connection ports on most of the connetion points. I took pictures of the damage and refused delivery based on the obvious damage. The delivery man said he had never had a delivery refused before and wasn't sure he could do that. I had him call his dispatcher and explain to him the purpase of an accptance signature and that he could indeed take back the product as delivery refused due to damaged goods. So the shipper left with the broken TV. I called Office Depot immediately to insure they did not charge my card, which they already had. After a strained conversation with the CS rep and thier supervisor they promised to reverse the charges in 3-5 business days. At that point I had become aggitated and stated that they run the reversal immediately or the next call would be from my attorney after I completed filing a complaint with the BBB. Two returned calls later and they promised to reverse the charge as soon as they could verify the damage. At this point I suggested the CS rep check the order history regarding the reversal of charges and he promised I would receive confirmation of reversal by the end of day. I did not receive the confirmation until the next morning but it was dated for the proper day.
At this point I had assumed they would have cancelled the order based on common sense, but not so. As they began to review my options for a replacement TV as that was the last of that model they had and didn't have any timeline for when new ones would arrive I assured them that there would be no order for a TV from them that day or any other day in my lifetime. At this point the customer service rep cancelled the order for with the reason that I had refused delivery of the product. As a matter of principle I nearly argued the point but gave up on teaching them anything about proper customer service and was just happy to have the order cancelled.
I do a lot of my shopping on the web. This was by far the worst experience with any company I had ever had and find it hard to believe there will be a worse one, but I'll just be glad that there are companies like Amazon that make online shopping the hassle free experience it should be, one that saves effort not requires more than going to the store.
I would not only not recommend this company for online shopping but any shopping.

Shopping here is always a pleasure. I believe the sales people know what they are doing and recommend the proper tools for the job you need to do.
