HAVERTYS FURNITURE

After spending 15,000.00 with this company you would think that they would aim to please the company but that was not the case w/ haverty's this company is solely out to make a dollar and once they receive it they do not care about the customer at all. we ordered a mattress from this company which broke 2 weeks after having i immediately called my sales rep and reported the problem she told me that they did not handle it that the manufactorers did. i immediately contacted the manufactorers. After 4 months of sleeping on malfunctioning bed and constant back and forth with the manufactorers we were informed that all along havertys was responsible for fixing the bed. not once during those 4 months did havertys offer to come look, fix, or even call and check to see if the problem had been resolved. After a heated discussion with the manager of haverty's they finally sent a tech out. when i told him about all the problems we had had he was bewildered because he too admited that their store handles all the repairs themselves. Thank you Haverty's for your loyalty to your customers. NOT! I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone that I know.
