lBecause of existing solid clay soil , poor lawn condition and flooding after heavy rain we realized we needed professional
assistance. We received 4 estimates prior to this Company. Some of these estimate were not prompt and most were higher
in cost. Scheduled job several weeks in advance to coincide with my vacation which I scheduled for this landscaping. Professional
landscape architect evaluated, consulted and explained what needed to be done. On the agreed scheduled date at 7:30 AM
5 man crew arrived and stayed till 6 PM and maintained this schedule for the week. Yard was graded and 6 large truck loads of new topsoil, 20 pallets of Centipede Sod and a very professional 5 zone irrigation system installed. Could not be happier with the experience.
Highly recommend and will surely retain again in the fall when we re-do the front landscaping.

They did some maintenance work that I did not request. The quality was very ground. They used the commercial as well as residential customers. The original contract I did not want maintenance so I had to take it upon my responsibility for that maintenance. It was 3 days work and it was good work. The came two or three times more than I requested. The price was a little bit high. The quality was excellent. They were over responsive and they came when I did not want to.

Hatchell Landscape cleaned up overgrowth. They did a lot of work. We own our own business and it was certainly worth everything they charged. They use 100 bails of pine straw, included in cost, also sodded areas where trees were removed, did weed-eating, cleaned overgrowth, cleaned trees, cleaned around pond, now it looks like a 'rich person' lives there. Workers were very nice, they even worked through lane.

I check all the calls myself daily when they come in and make sure the customer is called and taken care of. Please call my office and discuss this with me so I can take care of it. The only way I know of any problems is if the customer calls my office. I always take care of my customers, and I will look into your situation as soon as you call me and we discuss. Usually 2-3 guys arrice, one mows, one edges. They use push mower and riding mower and riding mower. One blows grass and areas with debris. All pull weeds.

The contract was signed between the contractor and the landscaper but they used to come to us asking us for payments and stuff like that. The work is not complete and they did extra work and they charged us extra without us asking them to do it. We contacted them several times to come and fix the parts that are not complete and they have not come. I can’t get in touch with them anymore. They don’t answer their phone and the email address they provided us bounces it back. Once they receive their payment they were not willing to come back and fix any problems we had. They put new beds and new gardening done. The old beds were covered up by the old foundation and they put new beds without any barrier underneath so weeds were popping up even before they left. The mulch they put down is not enough to cover the sprinkler pipes and so on. I called everybody I know of and I have gone to the office and no one paid attention once they were paid. They kept hounding us for money when we were not supposed to pay them. The contract said that the rest of the money needed to be paid upon completion but they were hounding us two days before they completed. They wanted more money to fix the irrigation which they were supposed to do.
