We didn’t pay him anything for it. He came over and gave us advice. He gave us information regarding painting mold and we were not sure if there was potential for it being mold. He told us it was mildew and it was from the shower but he went into a particular closet somehow that was causing it. He us some advice but didn’t charge us anything. He is very professional and he offers high quality work. He is very trust worthy and I felt okay letting him in my house and asking him to paint the house. He is just a good guy around. He is more expensive but he does a good job.
