Within 3 weeks my engine locked up because a piece of tape was caught between the vehicle and seal of oil filter. It's been 8 weeks and he shows no sign of cooperating. I've been checking in on a weekly basis and still no answer about the filter (at factory testing for defect). He doesn't care about my situation of being without a vehicle in which my job is determined by me driving to other states. I've contacted a lawyer and will be filing a grievance at the magistrates office.
