The provider took an extra day to complete work than originally planned. Once I picked my car up the technician had left the vent cap off my radiator and caused my entire supply of coolant to spray out. Luckily I only had a short drive or my car would of overheated. When the manager contacted me he was real polite and personally delivered the part to my house. He also delivered a gift card to a local restaurant. This was pretty classy, but the techs need to pay closer attention to their work.

They checked out the car and fixed everything and I haven't had any problems since.

Overall, even though I had to take the car to a specialist (odd job on an import) that could do the work, I appreciate them being honest and directing me so somewhere that had experienced this issue.
I will use Dun-Rite again because Brenda was very kind, considerate and professional in helping as were the men in the shop. Their facilities are clean and they have a comfortable waiting room if you weren't dropping off.

Had quite a few repairs performed on my car in February and they were very honest and professional. They did an outstanding job.

In June, I returned to Dun-Rite for oil change and requested they check my car over before we went on vacation. The CV axle they repaired in February was broke and the service manager, Bill, contacted me and explained why this happened so soon and replaced the part at no charge. I recommended them to my father to repair his car.
