He his usually very prompt and usually doesn't take long to fix most items. He def seems to know his profession, and is very nice.

My washer's agitator would not work after having been stored for a few years. I called this company because they were nearby. The phone number wasn't a business line, but as long as things went well, I'm OK with that. The repair guy arrived timely and went right to work. Great! Where we lost ground was when he got the agitator arm working in about 10 minutes he took another 15 minutes "looking" for another cause. It cost me $60 bucks to find out that the lid wasn't closing right. I thought $50. would have been generous enough for his "labor". Next time I'll get the price up front

He took the back of the refrigerator out and found out the fan had gone bad, he went out and got the part and put it in, and he was excellent.
