Description of Work: I had an object that was very fragile, unusually shaped, and quite expensive that I needed to get to my sister in Virginia. Staff put me at ease, packed my item very carefully and thoroughly, and shipped it for me. It arrived the next day safe and sound, intact. I was thrilled. I would trust them to pack and ship any treasured item anywhere! Thanks to the wonderful staff, but special thanks to Rachel. She's awesome.
