When I get another whatever I will not buy here in Florence. For whatever reason we do not have good service here. People just don't seem to care anymore about the customer. It's like, hey we know you have to have it and if you don't buy it someone else will. So the people working in restaurants,department stores and car dealerships, they don't have to be nice, truthful, take care of your needs or even speak to you in a nice respectful way anymore. When did this happen? When did we start just letting people get away with being rude and disrespectful, and still we give them our hard earned money? It's wrong! And if your business has TV spots saying you've changed come see the difference, be careful that change is not for the good of the customers. Please check out these places and don't rush in to any of this without checking them out. Even if you have done business with them before...they changed...just not for the better!

They were kind, very friendly and they listened to me and tried to work out a deal with me. Their bid was well with me. I would go to them again in the future.

They did not charge me for my last service call. They have an excellent service department. I would use them again in the future.

There was no charge because it was under warranty. They were excellent. The service is excellent and the people were friendly. They offer good deals. This is the second car I've bought from them. There is no pressure and no typical used car sales personalities that overwhelm you. They worked with me extremely well to make sure that I got what I needed not just what I wanted. It is a very pleasant company and quite refreshing from the other car dealers in Lawrence.

They were professional and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The only problem I had was I originally scheduled an appointment using their new online service request web page, but never recieved a call or an email to actually schedule the appt on the date I requested. I had to call in a few days later and ask for and schedule an appointment. They said that it was because the online pocess was new and it still had problems. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

Everything went pretty good. They have been doing all of the maintenance on my vehicle. I also purchased my car from them. The service and quality of the work is very good.
