Auto Glass
Called and asked to have them look at passenger side window on my car, as it wouldnt roll down. He arrived from another job, looked it over, decided it needed clips that fit in the window channel, as mine were broken/missing. He ordered the clips from local chevy dealer and promised to return to install when they arrived. I had mentioned to him my wife's windshield was cracked as well. He said he'd order the glass and call when it was ready. He completely blew off doing my car, even after repeated phone calls from me tracking him down, hounded me about my wifes car, until he went to her work and "fixed" it. the glass is in, but he broke the plastic trim at the base of the window, between hood and windshield. Retaining screws for trim were either not aligned properly with holes, untightened, or tightened to the point they broke the plastic into 3 pieces, one of which flew off the car at highway speed and hit side of windshield. I had called him several times after he fixed my wifes windshield, reminding him of my side window, and got excuses that he had lost my cell phone number, home number, busy but will get back to me, finally pinned him down to a set date and time of his choosing, twice, and each time failed to show up as promised, without even a courtesy call saying he wasn't coming or to reschedule. I feel he used me for the more expensive job and then left me hanging on my less expensive repair. Oh, and good luck getting a live person to answer either the business phone or his cell, I've had to leave countless messages. To summarize, Don't waste your time or money on this company. Too hard to contact, Doesn't return calls or show up as promised, Damages what he works on and disappears never to be heard from again.
