He was supposed to be here at a certain time on Saturday morning and I had to call him when he didn't show up after two hours. He came up with some excuse that it was family related or something. He came out and he won't give me a price and I'm broke so I need to know. He kept saying, how much would you expect for $200. Well, I want to pay $75 to get my yard fixed. I did have other work but I was wanting an estimate. He just kept twisting all that cost around. So I finally wrote him out a check for $75. He did do extra, not the five main things, but the extra work and he did do a good job. He kept standing around like I owed him more money but I didn't have it and I did not agree to that other work. He kept me hanging in the air over money and I never did get a firm price for services. He did do a good job on my shrubbery and I probably do need to send him some more money, but I really do not know how to rate him. Overall I would rate him B. For what I paid for he did really well, but I did not like him dangling the price. I kept asking him for a price, what is it going to cost, a $100, $50. I could not get a price from him. 

They are really good and I would recommend them to anybody.  I have had people asking me who did the work and they wanted their name and number.  They are fair, reliable, and dependable; they are just great.  They are very friendly and professional.  They are going to be doing my lawn and yard and put in a lot of plants next.

Very prompt with the estimate as well as the job.

1. Powerwashed house - They actually did a pretty decent job. Paid too much, but that was my fault.
2.Poured concrete sidewalk: This was a fiasco, although initially the walk looked pretty good. They dumped som concrete on another area of sidewalk, cleaned it up,but looks awful. Took down the framing, but left what was stuck,owner finally came over, and attempted to fix it but still left some of he framing stuck to the concrete. Again I paid too much, and agin that was my fault.

Excellent.  The house looks new again, and the power washing saved us from having to have the exterior painted.

I called and they where very professional and very responsive. They came out and weeded the front and back yard, trimmed back all the shrubbery.They also cut the grass and edged the beds. Cut an old tree down. Put new mulch and they took out a hornets nest. They cleaned all the mess and disposed of all the waste. The did all this work in one day.
