The pictures should say it all. This is the lack of craftsmanship this company has demonstrated. After being confronted with the problem, they refused to return my fathers calls. Unreliable, incompetent, and shoddy work hidden by the ridge cap. This company lacks the integrity to do things right and the morality to make whole the things done wrong. Please message me if you have had the same experience. I want to discuss the matter and the path forward to hold this company accountable for its work.
