+ -1 moreArrived at house and smelt like alcohol , didn't really want to be here considering the responses and attitudes I was recieving. Will never choose this company or give and recommendations.

Description of Work: He came out on the same day that I called him. When he arrived he was very friendly and professional. He found the problem very fast and gave me a quote then for the repair. He had to order parts and explained that it may be a few days before they come in. He called me several times to give me updates as to when the part was expected. He came, made the repairs and his rates were reasonable service was great and he also had a great personality.

+ -1 moreI truly can't say enough good things about Strickland's. We have an AHS home warranty and from the start they treated us as if we were cash customers. Paul came out to inspect the unit on a second opinion. He determined that the unit was dead and needed to be replaced. The call to AHS was made immediately. I didn't have to follow up with anyone. We were quoted a price of $160 for freon (AHS only pays $10/pound, Strickland's price is $30/pound and the estimate was for 8 pounds) When they came out to do the actual work, they were on time. Mike, the owner of the company, and Carl came to do the actual work. They were here for an hour at the most. They installed the new unit and checked to make sure everything in the attic was ok. Our cost ended up being only $120.00 for freon, as the new unit needed less then was originally thought. Strickland's is my go to HVAC company. It's a small company, whose employees and owner realize that customer service is the way to get more business. All three men were kind, informative, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. They are easy to get in touch with and respond promptly to messages. I have dealt with other HVAC companies in the area and Strickland's is hands down the best I have come across.
