When they came out to do the actual work, they were on time. Mike, the owner of the company, and Carl came to do the actual work. They were here for an hour at the most. They installed the new unit and checked to make sure everything in the attic was ok. Our cost ended up being only $120.00 for freon, as the new unit needed less then was originally thought.
Strickland's is my go to HVAC company. It's a small company, whose employees and owner realize that customer service is the way to get more business. All three men were kind, informative, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. They are easy to get in touch with and respond promptly to messages. I have dealt with other HVAC companies in the area and Strickland's is hands down the best I have come across.
