The quality of work was good, they did what they supposed to do, I had no issue with the service, and they fix the errors.

Other than laying the sod, the landscaper performed poorly. The job lacked the necessary details to earn a good grade. The ground was not properly prepared as above.... i.e. removing all roots, old grass, grooming level, etc. The actual laid sod is simply a sloppy job. There was little or no attention to detail to assure the new lawn is even, level and properly planted. This landscaper did not meet my expectations.
