Description of Work: When we first moved into our house, it was infested with bugs. I called an exterminating service that I had previously used at our rental house. The first exterminator I used came out 5 times in a 3-month period and I did not see any reduction in the amount of bugs. I realize living in the south ensures that some bugs will enter your house, but I expect an exterminator to keep most out. I contacted Bug Master because I saw a Bug Master truck drive by my house. The first time we used Bug Master , I immediately saw a reduced number of bugs. Wayne and Billy are both professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. I have been using them for 6 years now and they have always been there when I needed them.

 + -1 moreI have an annual contract for termite bond. The service is professional. They are prompt and professional. Overall I've had no qualms. I think their price is average. I haven't been under the house to check their work.
Description of Work: I used Bugmaster last year for a termite inspection. They haven't been here yet this year.
