DYCHES EXTERMINATING

I had contacted a couple of the largest exterminators in the U.S. in April. All they were "selling" was a "treatment" which would keep them coming back several times a year to monitor the "bait system"-a money making system which is great for them but I was not sold on this procedure which depends almost entirely on the termites finding the bait--which was very doubtful to me and appeared to be a 10% chance at best and was very costly--for a plan that may not work. When I built the house in 1975 I had the perimeter treated--which has worked pretty well for me--no sign of termites in 42yrs I called Mr. Dyches and he recommended the same procedure(perimeter treatment) which had worked for me for 42+yrs. Mr.Dyches and his two assistants arrived on 5/25/17 at 9.30AM,treated the perimeter and crawlspace--and finished the job by 3PM.I was very impressed with their confidence and professionalism. I highly recommend them for exterminating work!

We are on a routine service with them. We've heard a lot of bad things about the original company that did this neighborhood and due to the age of our home we decided to have him come in. He did the full foundation bore and the full treat up under the crawlspace per South Carolina and the chemical manufacturer's standards. We have him on a quarterly contract and he comes back every quarter to check everything. He sprays underneath the crawlspace to keep our pest issues down. We are an annual check and retreat as part of the contract for the termites. The boy has been working pest control his whole life. He bucking in is mid 50’s. He started out on his own business about 10 years ago. He got tired of wearing somebody else's name on his chest. To make a go out of his business he has to hustle and really give people their money's worth and he sure did. It was excellent work and it was completed exactly when he said it was going to be. They showed up exactly at the times they said they were going to show up. He always calls ahead before he comes in to do the routine treat. If we see a critter anywhere all we have to do is call him as part of the contract and agreement and he comes right out and will take care of it. We haven't seen anything. His price is very competitive with everybody else around. I thoroughly anticipate sticking with him because he does the job right and we trust him.
